This report outlines findings from 9 online workshops that took place in January 2021, with a range of homeowners, prospective homeowners, and landlords.
This research explored the acceptability of energy efficiency and low-carbon measures for the home, and what information, guidance, and support people need to make the changes to their homes.
The research was carried out by Basis Social and Cambridge Zero. It was commissioned by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS).
